2017 Summer Training Programs for Athletes

What’s Included?

Speed Training and Conditioning, so you can be one step ahead of the competition

Speed is what separates good athletes from great ones. You’ll work on both acceleration and top-end speed, so no matter what happens in the game, you’ll be ready for it.

Agility Training, so you can stop, cut, and change direction on a dime

Speed is great, but it means nothing if you can’t control it. Improved agility will help you stop faster, make better cuts, and dodge around opponents with ease. 

Strength Training, so you can get more explosive and play harder every game

When you combine great running technique with strength, you’ll get faster than ever. Increased strength will also make you more explosive and prevent injury. 

Nutrition Coaching, so you know what to eat for performance

Food is the fuel that drives performance, and many athletes struggle to get the right fuel for their sport. You’ll learn exactly what to eat before, during, and after every game and practice, so you can play harder and recover more quickly.

Programs for Middle School Athletes Ages 9-14 

Middle School Summer Camp is designed to help athletes aged 9-14 develop into strong, confident young adults.

They will discover the foundations of athletic movements to prepare them for all of their favorite sports as safely and as effectively as possible.

Every athlete will be placed into the program that matches their individual goals and abilities.

Programs for High School Athletes

High School Summer Camp is designed to athletes in all sports develop the speed and strength they need to to play at their best, avoid injuries, and get the best chance at impressing scouts next year.

Every athlete will work on flexibility, speed, and agility training, explosiveness, and conditioning.

With two different summer training programs, each athlete will find exactly what they need to reach their goals with the time they have this summer.
