Our Athletic Performance program considers the sport and position you play as well as your age, gender, fitness level, and medical history. Whether you are looking to come in by yourself or bring the whole team, we can tailor a program to fit.

 

 Who’s this for?
Athletes 13-18 years old

Here’s what you get:
 
-Small group indoor training sessions customized to your athlete in a safe and clean training environment.
-Each session will have up to 6 athletes to ensure proper social distance protocol & a personalized training program.
-2 In-Body Weigh-Ins to track your athletes progress through the program
-Goal Setting Meeting
