5 Week Speed & Agility Camp
Get Stronger, Faster & Quicker While Building Confidence
This camp is designed for young athletes 8-11 years old.
If you want to help your son or daughter stay active in a supportive and fun environment, learn good exercise and nutrition habits, and get in shape for other activities or sports, then this program is for them.
These training sessions are 50 minutes in duration and are designed to help improve speed, agility, coordination, balance, quickness, and overall fitness.
Sessions will be every Tuesday & Thursday at 7:00pm for five weeks.
