STEP 1: FILL OUT THE CONTACT FORM
Tell us about yourself and what you’re looking to improve on. We will contact you within 24-hours to ask you a few questions to see if your athlete is a good fit for our program, and schedule your Free Trial Session.
STEP 2: ATTEND YOUR FREE SESSION
The workout is 60 minutes long and is broken down into 2 steps: Getting to Know You and Athletic Performance Evaluation.
STEP 3: MEMBERSHIP SELECTION
We’ll go over exactly what & how your child performed. We’ll also go over what your child needs to do in order to achieve the goals and what membership would help them get there.
